This includes any loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. 77ph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim. 9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
